Walk this way with su-lynn

After finally finishing the normal walking cycle, I created the background in Adobe Illustrator. I wanted to keep the artwork completely in black and white to give it a rather graphic yet vintage touch. I saw my character as some kind of super hero, who does not know he has these superpowers. A rather clumsy and normal guy, who can transform and grow his arms and legs and is super strong. To him it is just normal, therefore when he walks he casually stretches his arm and tears out a tree on the street. To emphasise that surprise moment, I gave the tree facial expressions.

It was quite time consuming to create the walking cycle, therefore I had to cheat a little bit when rendering out the final video. Sadly my computer did not like Adobe Animate very much, the process was quite slow for me.
